The Partington dining suite was Waters and Acland\’s first commission. The brief being: to design and make a dining suite drawing clear reference to the furniture of Charles Rennie Mackintosh and the wider Arts and Crafts movement whilst trying where possible to give the furniture a contemporary feel.
Through elegant design, the use of the very highest quality of materials and craftsmanship of the very highest level, this first commission was a true success.
Waters and Acland furniture is made, without compromise, in their Lake District workshops. Hand crafted, hand finished. Perfection in the making.
