Were You a Discord Member Before We Launched the New Online School?

If you originally joined our online course through Discord, this page explains:


1. What Has Changed?

We have now launched our new Waters & Acland Online School.

This is a completely separate platform and product offering to our online course and community on Discord.

  • Discord remains active for existing members.

  • The new Online School is where we now deliver the structured course content moving forward.

  • New customers can no longer join via Discord.

Both systems currently run in parallel, but they are not connected.

Your Discord login details will not work on the new Online School platform.


2. Is Discord Still Active?

Yes.

If your Discord subscription is active, you can continue using it exactly as before. Your subscription will continue to auto-renew on your normal monthly or annual billing cycle.

Tutor support and community discussions remain available there for active members.

We understand some members genuinely prefer the Discord setup, and that’s absolutely fine, so we’ll be keeping everything active for the foreseeable future.

3. What Is the New Online School?

The new Online School is:

  • A more structured, web-based, and user-friendly learning platform

  • Designed for long-term access

  • Available as a buy-and-keep (one-time purchase) model

It separates course access from tutor support, giving members more flexibility.

4. Considering Moving Across?

If you’d like to move to the new online school platform, you’ll find transition options inside Discord, including an exclusive member offer on the online course with Q&A Tutor Support.

5. How to Cancel Your Discord Subscription

Discord subscriptions cannot be cancelled via the new Online School.

They must be cancelled via your original Discord/Ternary account — Before clicking this link, please sign into your Discord account (desktop) or have the app open.
